By placing your order you accept the following
Terms and Conditions:
1. Pricing
Our products and prices are subject to
change. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website
are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we
discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we
will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit
your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all
goods and services advertised are inclusive of VAT. All our prices

2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. In the event of any
item being discontinued or unobtainable from our suppliers we will contact
you for your instructions.
3. Shipping & Delivery
UK/Ireland orders:
Total value of order £1 to £100 = Shipping Charge £3.00
Total value of order £101 to £200 = Shipping Charge £6.00
Total value of order £201 or higher = Shipping Charge £10.00
Europe/International orders:
Total value of order £1 to £100 = Shipping Charge £6.00
Total value of order £101 to £200 = Shipping Charge £10.00
Total value of order £201 or higher = Shipping Charge £15.00
For all debit/credit card purchases
delivery can only be made to the cardholder's address.
Please note all
customers will be advised of dress delivery times at point of ordering. Delivery times can never be exact
however in the unlikely event that items shall take longer than expected,
you will be notified. Should you need items sooner please contact staff to
discuss. Please note most shipping charges calculated at the cart checkout
will be correct. If exceptionally any order should incur a different
shipping charge we will email you for your approval before proceeding with
order. 4. Ordering
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of
age. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt
of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Angel
Star Brides of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When
processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit
and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your
information to trusted third parties. 5. Collection
If you are collecting from our premises you must bring along the credit
card or debit card that payment was made with, along with two forms of
identification with addresses - Utility bills, passport, driving license
etc.
6. Returns and Refunds Policies
ONLINE
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Please
note, NO REFUND will be given on new "made to order" dresses
ordered from our suppliers. Shoes
can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Personalised jewellery "made to order"
is
NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of
any goods which arrive faulty or damaged, you should contact Angel Star
Brides within 10 days and you will be entitled to a replacement or a full
refund, if it is agreed that the item(s) are faulty or damaged. All goods must be returned unused in their original state and in
original packaging. See
"Contact Us" page for address details. There is no refund or exchange on "Sale"
or "Off the Peg" items.
IN
STORE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Please
note, NO REFUND will be given on new "made to order" dresses
ordered from our suppliers. Shoes
can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Personalised jewellery "made to order"
is
NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of
any goods, which upon inspection in store, are discovered to be faulty or
damaged, a replacement or full refund will be offered, if it is agreed
that the goods are faulty or damaged. There is no refund or exchange on "Sale"
or "Off the Peg" items, so Angel Star advises the customer to
complete a full inspection before purchasing. On "made to order" items that have been purchased Angel
Star advises the customer to thoroughly inspect the goods before leaving
the premises, as we accept no responsibility or liability once items have
left our care. Refunds will
not be offered on faulty goods after they have been removed from the
premises. Each customer will
be required to sign an "Agreement of Sale" upon collection of
goods.
7. Security
All debit/credit card details are collected via a secured server using 128
bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communications. While all
reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your
debit/credit card details Angel Star Brides cannot be liable if,
through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by
third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only
use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for 2
reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with
the best possible service. We will not pass your email address to anyone
else.
8. Ordering by post or phone
If you do not wish to order online via debit/credit card please phone
in your order and payment or click here to print out our POSTAL
SALES FORM which you may post to us with a cheque/postal
order made payable to Angel Star Brides.
